Since my visit to Las Tias last week, I've been on the lookout for some mid century pieces at a price I can afford. My mom, sisters, and I took a drive to the North area of town and found a few great thrift stores. I found this super cool table lamp for $25 at a Salvation Army. It was a little more than I wanted to pay for it, but I couldn't pass it up.
I'm not sure if I am going to leave it as a lamp, or convert it to a little side table. I love the wood slats and I can try to figure out something to fill the whole at the top if I pull out the lamp hardware.Excuse the poor quality photos. I'm trying to work with my camera settings to have pictures with a lower resolution to help them upload quicker when you open my page, but I'm not loving the quality. I will keep working on it. Have a great week!
Edit to post: I joined an awesome linky party at Finding Fabulous.

Fun!! I just got back from vacation and have missed thrifting!
Great finds! I love the little wire basket... I have been on the hunt for some wire baskets of my own! :)
that lamp is fantastic, i can't wait to see it in your space!
Great great lamp. I would try it as a lamp first because it's a fabulous one - so unique too.
That table lamp is a nice find. I think it'll look pretty sweet as a side table, can't wait to see what you'll do with it. Oh, I miss thrifting so much. Thanks for stopping by earlier. I love Paris. I bet all the greenery in spring will be so lovely.
What a great lamp! A little paint and right shade and you're good to go! Stop by my blog when you get a chance - I have a coupon code for 10% off anything at overstock!
You're going to have so much figuring out what you're going to do with that little table/lamp! The possibilities are endless!!
Happy Monday Darling! xo
