We try to get together every few months for dinner. We have a few bottles of wine and dinner and just talk for hours. I love our relationship and even if we don't talk for months, we all just know each other so well. I don't have any pictures for you today, but I am so excited about the next chapter of this blog. I am so happy to share it with my closest friends. So thank you all for the support and love.

Coming Out
It took me along time to tell people I knew about my blog. I think I told my best friend about it like 4 months into it. I'm not sure if it was embarrassment or what. Well, last night, I got together with my group of girls and I told them. They were so positive and accepting and kind of mad that it took me so long to tell them about it. So hi girls! Love you all!

Wait, this is totally my life too! Except I haven't told everyone yet! I am proud of you! I don't know what the reason for delay is either...your bog rocks! xox!
I just told my parents and sisters after 4 months, but no one else knows :) I am glad I am not alone! Your blog is fantastic!
haha I can relate to this a 100% - except that my boyfriend was so "proud" of my blog that he outed me very soon after I started it :D
a huge discomfort to start with - but everyone was so cute and nice about it so I got over my shy-ness very soon :D
I was totally with you, but my hubby tells everyone every chance he gets :) I'm just always afraid they are going to hate it...
A few of our family know about the my blog [hubby told his Mom and sister lol] but they don't get online all that much so I don't even think they have seen it. They have seen my Etsy shop though and that has even inspired my SIL to try and start her own [she makes jewelry] :)
You rock, lady! I'm so glad I found your blog, and I'm sure your friends will love reading it as much as I do.
My current blog {about my house} I did share with friends and family. Before this one though, I had a different one that I kept private. (My husband knew.)
It's extremely hard to share your most private thoughts and dreams with people you know. I have analyzed it over and over again, and I think it's because it makes you vulnerable.
Congratulations on coming out. :)
LOL! I did the same thing... there was no way I was telling the people at work but now I tell everyone, even made business cards... it is amazing what a little confidence will do for you!

I understand... I was the same way too! Glad you came "out" :)!!
I'm exactly the opposite, most of my followers are personal friends, it still AMAZES me when "strangers" find and start following my blog... but I love it! makes me feel like a rockstar!
Your night sounds like good times, wine and girlfriends is always a good mix!
yay. congrats. i totally know the feeling. So happy I found your blog. I'm a new follower, I hope you will as well. I started my blog a little over a month ago. It's all about celebrity fashion from the point of view of an LA stylist. Stop by to see multiple post a day on all the latest celebrity fashion news and check out pictures from the fall/winter preview I attended yesterday in Beverly Hills. xoxo. Would love your support. xoxo

It's great to hear I'm not the only one hesitant to share my blogging life with others! :)
I thought it was just me! I haven't told anyone other than my dad, mom and sister about my blog. Why is it weird to share?
